Please note due to high demand for face masks, our lead times are a little longer than normal to met demand . Most orders will be despatched witching 2 weeks.

Please be aware of international postal guide times as follows. Tracking is not used as standard, however if you require tracking for an item this can be added.

Shipping within UK-2-3 working days.
Shipping to the US -week to 10 days.
Shipping to EU - 3-7 days.

UPS international shipping 1-2 day is also available.

Other global destinations may vary dependent on local postal service.

Items are handmade to a high quality. Some are stock items, others are made to order, with a 7-10 day lead time. 

We regret we are unable to offer refund for your custom made items,although we pride ourselves on delivering the best product to you.

Face masks are non refundable unless returned unopened in their original packaging.

Items are individually handmade and as such sometimes show slight differences in appearance to the listing image,due to make,placement of the print etc.This adds to the uniqueness and charm of each product. We never switch fabrics or trim colour without your consent.
